Tahini, or sesame butter, is good in most recipes. It adds just the right creamy touch and elevates the flavour of any dish. You can use it as a dip for a vegetable dish, butter for baked goods, a dressing for salads or a cream for soup. In our recipe, it goes great with avocado and cricket pasta. We wish you a good taste!

- 1x medium sized zucchini
- 4x tablespoons tahini
- Half an avocado

- handful of pine nuts
- 200g Terraz pasta
