Beetroot spread with cricket crackers

Healthy beetroot spread with cricket crackers will delight not only lovers of healthy food and fitness. The tasty and fluffy spread is a perfect match for our cricket crackers, with which you can supplement a hearty portion of protein. We wish you a good taste!

Ingredients

  • Cricket crackers from Grig
  • 250 g cooked beetroot
  • 70g white yoghurt
  • 30 g cashew nuts
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • salt
  • pepper

Procedure

  1. Grate the cooked beetroot on a coarse grater. Add the white yoghurt, crushed garlic cloves and mix.
  2. Cut cashews or other nuts into small pieces and add to the spread.
  3. Season everything with salt and pepper to taste and serve with cricket crackers or homemade bread with cricket flour.
