- Cricket crackers from Grig
- 250 g cooked beetroot
- 70g white yoghurt
- 30 g cashew nuts
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- Grate the cooked beetroot on a coarse grater. Add the white yoghurt, crushed garlic cloves and mix.
- Cut cashews or other nuts into small pieces and add to the spread.
- Season everything with salt and pepper to taste and serve with cricket crackers or homemade bread with cricket flour.
